Job Responsibility:
IQC:
1. Make curtailed receiving inspection and record.
2. Assistant suppliers to guarantee the quality of product and explain to them our request for quality.

IPQC:
1. Make field inspections regularly and record.
2. Inform the team-leaders of the inferior products and make improvement, marking and separating the inferior products.
3. Check out that whether there is an initial product, certificate of producing standard, standard of inspection and execution of 5S.

FQC:
1. Make sampling inspection and record.
2. Find out the mistakes when inferior products appear, and inform people in charge in time.
3. Mark and separate the inferior products and make record.

QA:
Making sample inspection of the products accepted by IPQC according to the inspection standard of finished product.

QE:
1. Taking responsibility for staff training and assign duty to workers in respective posts.
2. Solving the quality problems and discuss with other departments about quality improvement.
3. Keeping in touch with our clients, realize their requirement for product quality, and deal with clients' complain in order to make our improvement.

Head of QC Department:
1. Making arrangement for the daily work and setting down programs for quality control.
2. Setting up inspection of quality control system and files, checking out the relevant executions and assisting company to accomplish the quality inspection.
